Therapeutic Massage for treatment or relaxation
Therapeutic massage is the perfect way to maintain a healthy lifestyle!
Massage is designed to enhance blood flow to the joints, tendons, and muscles. Stretching and Joint Rotation helps to realign the muscle strands, and skeletal joints, allowing crucial fluids to flow properly throughout.
After a brief discussion of your personal treatment goals and current health, we will develop a plan best suited to achieve these goals. I utilize a variety of techniques; Swedish, myofacial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, cupping, hot stones and deep tissue to best meet your unique goals for treatment.
The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved circulation, and greater flexibility. The benefits of massage are best achieved when sessions are scheduled at regular intervals.
Aromatherapy Consultation
Aromatherapy is utilizing the therapeutic healing properties of essential oils in a manner that supports a specific goal. Essential oils have chemical constituents in them that have been scientifically proven to help reduce feelings of anxiety or sadness, increase energy, support relaxation and sleep, and relieve pain. Utilizing essential oils properly can be part of your overall wellness plan to enhance a healthy lifestyle.
Consultation includes a discussion of the clients goals for aromatherapy, a brief health history, and appropriate applications. After deciding the best course of action, including safety considerations and sensitivity testing, an aromatherapy product will be custom blended for the client and detailed instructions for use will be given. A follow up visit is recommended to monitor progress and discuss further options.
Aromatherapy products are inexpensive and easy to use. I prepare products for inhalation and for topical use. I do not endorse, or encourage internal use/ingestion at this time.
Initial consultation $45 plus cost of prepared product - approximately 60 minutes
Follow up only - included, and may be done virtually or by phone/text
Follow up with new product/new goal - $30 plus cost of new product - approximately 60 minutes
